Who I Am
I'm Richie — a web developer who specialises in all aspects of web development, from C# to Liquid. As a Shopify Partner since 2020, I've built multiple public apps, delivered full store builds, and helped merchants optimise their online presence with custom solutions.
I was invited by Shopify to appear in the Shopify Partner Directory — a curated listing of vetted partners. Every app I build goes through Shopify's official review process, meeting their standards for quality, security, and merchant experience before it reaches the App Store.
I work across the entire stack — .NET 8 backends, SQL Server databases, Shopify Liquid frontends, and everything in between. Recently, I've been deeply focused on integrating AI (specifically Claude) into Shopify apps to give merchants superpowers they didn't know they needed.
My Approach
I believe in building things properly. That means enterprise-grade architecture even for Shopify apps — N-tier solutions, CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps, automated deployments, and code that scales. No shortcuts, no hacks, no technical debt if I can help it.
